Mark Iverson, his partner Michaele and their three children, Sarah, Kieth and Annie.Mark R. Iverson is an attorney specializing in adoption. A 1985 graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, Mr. Iverson is married and has three adopted children. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys a national association of attorneys who practice or have distinguished themselves in the field of adoption.
Mr. Iverson is licensed to practice in the states of Washington and Idaho, providing legal services for adoptive families in the following areas: Step Parent Adoption; Private Adoption; International Adoption; Agency Adoption; Adult Adoption; Foster Care Adoption; Second Parent Adoption.

I am certified to offer professional guardian services in Washington state. It was difficult to begin a practice. Attorneys were not interested in representing a professional guardian with one client. I met Mark Iverson at my first guardianship hearing. He is now my attorney. Mr. Iverson meets with me on a monthly basis and reviews my cases with me. He answers any questions I have and does not charge me for the meeting. I am able to call him anytime to discuss my clients and emerging issues. I take medicaid and private pay cases.
