GUARDIANSHIP

GUARDIANSHIP SERVICES FOR FAMILIES

In addition to adoption services, Mark Iverson offers assistance to families in the area of guardianship. A guardianship action is filed for a number of reasons. Guardianship is normally filed on behalf of an incapacitated adult.  A family member becomes the guardian and is able to make personal and financial decisions on behalf of the incapacitated adult.  If a family member is not available, a professional guardian is appointed.

If you are interested in learning more about establishing a a guardianship for an incapacitated adult or a minor please contact us at 509-462-3678 or 800-338-8273 or via email at mark@adoptionlegalservices.org
